ROUND 3 - Mosport in Bowmanville will be open to all Pro Am that want to participate in this event in the PRO Class. DMCC will decide on a case by case scenario if you are skilled enough to run with the Pro.

ROUND 3 - Mosport a Bowmanville sera ouvert pour les Pro Am qui veulent participer sur invitation dans la catégorie PRO. DMCC va évaluer les canditatures et décider si vous avez le talent requis pour y participer.

For full season payment, we accept Paypal (3% fee), cheque or money order or cash in our office. / Pour le paiement de la saison complète, nous acceptons Paypal (frais de 3%), chèque & mandat poste ou payé comptant a nos bureau.


All payment for round by round need to be paid in cash at the gate the morning of the event / Pour les paiements à chaque course, ils doivent être payés le matin de l'évènement à l'acréditation.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & AUTORISATION :

1) Entrant and Driver agree that this entry, if accepted by DMCC, constitute an agreement to take part in the DRIFTMANIA CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP unless prevented by circumstance beyond the control of the Entrant and/or Driver.

2) Entrant certify that he/she has studies the DMCC Pro / Pro Am championship Regulation and will study the supplementary regulations for each event, and agrees to abide by those rules and regulations. Entrant further agrees to ensure that the Driver and the crewmembers are similarly acquainted with these rules and will abide by them.

3) Entrant understands and agrees that he / she, Driver and all crew members shall execute required track and / or DMCC release agreements, prior to their admission to and participation in an event and their participation is at their own risk. Entrant further agrees that, If is a corporation or partnership, a release signed by an officer or authorized representative of the entity is effective and applies to both the entity and the individual signing the release.

4) In consideration of the awards posted for an Event, Entrant and the driver he / she has nominated agree to permit DMCC, the promoter / organizer of an newspapers, magazines and any and all other media in connection with advertising and for purposes of trade.

5) By executing this agreement, Team / Driver grant to company a non-exclusive license to utilize its / his / her name, facsimile signature, nickname, and likeness(collectively, the “properties”) on and in connection with any and all Event-related merchandise produced by Company, at the absolute discretion of Company. Team/Driver agrees that it / he / she shall not be entitled to any compensation from Company for the grant of license or sale of merchandise as herein described. Any merchandise, giveaways, promotional material or anything similar to the aforementioned that is intended to be distributed out of each drivers pit space must be approved by DMCC prior to each event.

6) By sending this form, Entrant accept all other 5 points above and understand that this will be considered as an electronic signature and will be also considered as a proof of understanding and acceptance of all terms and regulations for 2012 DMCC Championship.
